The Route

After some thought and planning (thanks to both the RAC and AA route planning web-sites, Google Maps and others), we’ve split the route up into hopefully manageable chunks. We’re hoping to split the days into two sections – morning and afternoon – although the lunchtime way-point will probably vary depending on how fit(!) and hungry we are at the time.

Here’s our anticipated journey (a conservative 849 miles in total)…

Monday 04/06/2007 (56 Miles)
Land’s End -> Redruth -> Bodmin

Tuesday 05/06 (61 Miles)
Bodmin -> Meldon -> Exeter

Wednesday 06/06 (87 Miles)
Exeter -> Highbridge -> Chepstow

Thursday 07/06 (86 Miles)
Chepstow -> Moreton on Lugg -> Shrewsbury

Friday 08/06 (78 Miles)
Shrewsbury -> O2 Preston Brook-> Leyland

Saturday 09/06 (75 Miles)
Leyland -> Kendal -> Penrith

Sunday 10/06 (75 Miles)
Penrith -> Ecclefechan -> Elvanfoot

Monday 11/06 (78 Miles)
Elvanfoot -> O2 Glasgow Sky Park -> Tarbet

Tuesday 12/06 (77 Miles)
Tarbet -> Kings House Hotel -> Spean Bridge

Wednesday 13/06 (90 Miles)
Spean Bridge -> Beauly -> Tain

Thursday 14/06 (86 Miles)
Tain -> Helmsdale -> John O’Groats

THE END!
